The Ultimate Power Solution for Marine Electronics

The Mealey Marine High-Capacity Wiring Harness is a no-compromise power system designed to deliver clean, consistent voltage to today’s high-draw marine electronics. Whether you’re running Garmin, Lowrance, Humminbird, or a mixed setup, this harness is built to eliminate voltage drop, screen flicker, and performance issues caused by undersized or poorly routed wiring.

Fish finders, live sonar, and network boxes demand stable power. This harness delivers it—every time.

Built Right. Built Once.

Unlike generic or modular harnesses, the Mealey Marine High-Capacity Wiring Harness is a purpose-built, semi-custom solution designed and assembled by a marine service shop that rigs electronics every day.

Critical power runs are upgraded where it matters most. We run 6 AWG to the bow instead of smaller gauge wire to ensure clean, uninterrupted power under load.

Every harness is built to order and cut to your boat length for a clean, professional install—no excess wire, no unnecessary coils, and no added interference.

Livescope & Electronics Switch — Included Standard

No add-ons. No options to guess at. No hidden upgrades.

Every harness includes:

  • Dedicated 10 AWG Livescope black box power run
Cleanly routed through the starboard rod locker for a professional-grade install.

  • Dedicated electronics battery switch
Allows you to shut off electronics power when not in use, protecting batteries and electronics while simplifying rigging.

These features are included because they should be part of a proper electronics power system—not optional extras.

Premium Components Throughout

  • Marine-grade, jacketed tinned copper wire (6 AWG, 8 AWG, 10 AWG)

  • 60-amp inline fuses installed near battery lugs for protection

  • Copper tinned battery lugs with 3/8” ID holes for secure connections

  • Heat-shrink butt connectors for watertight, corrosion-resistant terminations

  • Every wire clearly labeled for fast installation and easy troubleshooting

Crimp. Heat. Done.

Designed for Easy Installation

Each harness arrives organized and labeled to simplify installation for both DIY anglers and professional installers. Clear labeling also makes future diagnostics quick and frustration-free.

Simple Ordering. One Decision.
